Meet the speaker: Johny Uelmen

Johny is from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, a mid-size town about 1 hour north of Madison. His mother is Mexican-American and his father is German-American. He completed a B.S. (Biology) and two M.S. (Entomology and Epidemiology) degrees from UW-Madison. He completed my Ph.D. (Epidemiology) from the University of Illinois. Currently, Johny is an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology in the Department of Population Health Sciences at UW-Madison.
